Mesothelioma UK are looking to try and characterise the Mesothelioma specific MDT’s we have in the UK. As such we wondered if you would please participate in the following questionnaire.

- In which hospital is your Mesothelioma MDT meeting held?
- Is the meeting a regional MDT or just for your hospital?
- From what speciality is the chair?(surgeon, oncologist etc)
- What is the Mesothelioma MDT Chair’s email address?
- How long (approx) has it been up and running?
- How often is the meeting held?
- Is the meeting independent or attached onto or within part of an existing lung cancer MDT?
- Approximately how many cases (range) do you discuss at each meeting?
