By bus
Heathrow Hoppa Bus
The price of a single trip is £6.80 per adult with a return offering discount at £12. Please buy your ticket before travelling. Tickets are available using contactless means of payment on the bus or directly online via the website.
Transport for London (TfL)
Transport for London (TFL) no longer accept cash to pay for bus fares. However, you will be able to pay with a Visitor Oyster card, Oyster card, Travelcard or UK-issued contactless payment card.
By train
London Underground
Take the Piccadilly Line to Hatton Cross. Once there, leave the building and turn right. Go to the bus stop by the bridge and take the 285 bus heading towards Heathrow. Ask the driver for the Radisson Blu hotel on Bath Road. You will pass our hotel on your right hand side and then arrive at the bus stop. Please cross the road and we are a two-minute walk away. Mainland Train
Heathrow Express is a fast-track train from Paddington to Terminal 1, 2, 3 & 4 and only takes approximately 15 minutes to get to/from central London. Take the Heathrow Express train to Terminals 1-3. There you can either take bus 111, 285 or 140. Simply ask the driver for the Radisson Blu hotel on Bath Road.
By car
Take junction 4 off the M4 and follow signs to Terminal 1, 2 & 3. At the roundabout, take the A4 exit on Bath Road. There are 550 car parking spaces at the hotel. There is a discounted car parking rate for those attending the conference. If using Sat Nav, enter the following postcode: UB3 5AW.
London's Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)
Please be advised that the hotel is in London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) so you may need to pay a charge for your vehicle. Please check the website before you travel to check.
Car Parking at the conference venue
For those parking at the hotel (whether staying at the hotel or simply parking for the day) you will need to scan a QR code prior to paying for your parking to ensure you receive the conference discounted rates. You will find this QR code on posters within the main Atrium area of the hotel - please scan it before paying for your parking.
If you are not staying at the hotel, but will be parking at the hotel each conference day, discounted rates are £10 per day which you will need to pay each day as you leave.
If you are staying at the hotel and parking your vehicle for the duration of the conference, discounted rates are £12 which includes one day and overnight.
