To ensure that LCNUK is well governed and has the appropriate skill mix, it is recommended by the Charity Commission to periodically consider what skills, knowledge and experience are needed and to identify any gaps to ensure that the board of trustees has all the necessary skills and experience for LCNUK to be a well governed charity.
