Dr Anna Sharman is a Consultant Radiologist at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
Her specialist interest is thoracic radiology, particularly early detection of lung cancer.
Anna has developed the challenging lung biopsy service which has referrals from Greater Manchester (GM) and beyond and the unit she leads performs >750 CT guided lung biopsies a year.
She is the Responsible Radiologist for the Greater Manchester Lung Cancer Screening programme and has recently become the co-lead for national lung cancer screening within NHS England.

The conference has been instigated and organised by LCNUK. Sponsors have contributed funding towards this event in return for exhibition space. They have had no input into the agenda or the selection of speakers with the exception of any sponsored symposia which are clearly indicated.
