ALK+ UK is a patient-led charity supporting those affected by ALK-positive lung cancer across the United Kingdom. We provide online support for members through a private Facebook group, host regional lunches and an annual conference with speakers including some of the world’s leading ALK+ experts. The charity focuses on three key areas: support, empowerment, and advocacy, maintaining an informative website, conducting member surveys to gather real-world data and publishing educational materials. We actively engage with healthcare authorities and governing bodies such as NICE and the DVLA, and maintain a strong social media presence to keep our community informed and connected.
